Fetish Week London is almost here. This year’s events include a bondage masterclass, a screening of Todd Verow’s new film, Age of Consent, plus a host of parties including Skinhead, Into the Tank and Full Fetish.
When The Eagle on Warmoesstraat closed a year and a half ago, it was part of a decline that suggested maybe the Amsterdam leather scene had had its day. But the celebrated fetish haunt is back – and the new management is promising it’ll be better than ever.
The Eagle opened its doors on Wednesday, April 18 – the first time since its closure at the end of 2010. Their regular line-up of events includes Code night every Thursday – and special events on the horizon include Recon’s Full Fetish Amsterdam on Saturday May 19 and the Bear Necessity after party on the morning of June 3.
Parisian cruising club Full Metal plays host to Recon’s Full Fetish on April 21. There’ll be a strict dress code in force – so you’ll need to be in leather, rubber, sports kit or a jock for this one. It’s open 10pm till late and entry is 15 euros. Find out more at the.
July sees Recon’s Fetish Week descend on the UK’s capital for a third year running. Get ready for a packed schedule of sleaze and socializing, with seven days of parties and special events.
On the menu this year are Nexus at Club Hidden, the Eagle’s Sports Cruise Party, The Hoist’s Rubber Gear Party and Deconstruction, plus a whole host of smaller events across the city.
